- Organisational redesign of a large open pit operation including restructuring and systems redesign as well as the improvement of leadership, membership and safe work performance.
- Working across 5 years with the leadership of an open pit & underground metals mine to improve leadership and therefore team performance across all dimensions of the operation. This included the establishment of an initial culture during transition from Project to operations.
- Working with the leadership of a metals processing group to reengineer the organisation while it was going through a significant industrial (labour) event including structure, systems redesign, management of symbols and development of plans for an effective return to work.

Andrew Moore is a Director of Response Consulting Australia (RCA) and in his role has he has helped organisations develop award winning human resource and organisational effectiveness systems as well as training management and RTO systems, while also delivering high impact (accredited or non-accredited) leadership development programs.
He has conducted reviews of training systems both locally and internationally and has contributed to the development of robust training systems that enhance organisation effectiveness.
