Steve has extensive Finance Industry Experience. Prior to joining Response Consulting Australia (parent company of Response APAC), Steve was the National Head of Sales for Credit Union Australia where he was responsible for the sales and service performance of their branch network, proprietary home lending and CUA's relationship with Broker Partners.
Prior to CUA, Steve was a Senior Executive Manager at Commonwealth Bank of Australia's (CBA) where was instrumental in developing and driving a customer-centric culture that prides itself on getting things done.
As a Consultant, Steve works with large enterprises to design and deliver highly effective programs that assist organisations in developing their Leaders and Managers.
Steve is on the board of Response Consulting APAC where he contributes to the strategy and governance of the business.
